Tech Digest has details of the Xun Chi 138, which, at a size comparable to a couple of AA batteries, is probably the smallest mobile in the world. It features "an MP3 player, USB connectivity, 121MB of storage and a camera (probably VGA)", GPRS and a touch sensitive screen as there's no keyboard.
